Office Policies

Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please call us with 24 hours notice to reschedule.

If you have insurance please bring your current information with you to your first appointment. Our staff will file any claims that need to be made, and work to get you the maximum amount of coverage allowed by your plan.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments and deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
