We offer diagnostic services right here in our office. This is not common for most primary care doctors. We offer ultrasounds and bone density tests. This makes it convenient for our patients to come to one place, rather than making another appointment and filling out more paperwork at another office. Also, Dr. McCauley sees our office patients at North Florida Regional Medical Center. We believe in continuity of care and giving our patients the peace of mind of knowing that the doctor who sees them in the office is also the same doctor at the hospital when they need him.

Appointments

Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please call us with 24-hours notice to reschedule.

Insurance

If you have insurance, please bring your current information with you to your first appointment. Our staff will file any claims that need to be made and work to get you the maximum amount of coverage allowed by your plan.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments and deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).
